Thank you for supporting our handmade small business.

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on soaps, salves, body butters, or skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons, even if unused.

All sales are final once the order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Please note that all products are handmade, so color, shape, scent, texture, and weight may slightly vary from batch to batch. This is normal and part of handmade products.
